After what feels like forever we have now re-opened the boutique and it so good to be back!! We have had a fantastic first week meeting new Brides and catching up with existing Brides. It's so good to see people and chat even though we have to keep our distance. Also feels great to get out of the house and have a little bit of normality back!
We have put all the appropriate measures in place to insure the safety of our Brides and ourselves. I know things wont be the same for a while yet but we will do our best to make sure that your appointment is still a relaxed, fun and enjoyable experience.
A few things you need to know for your appointments are
✨ Brides can only bring one guest to allow us to socially distance accordingly. We encourage video calls for the bridal party or anyone that you would have brought to your appointment. We can set up zoom or you can use whats-app etc wifi is available
✨You will be asked to sanitise your hands when entering the boutique. Hand sanitiser is placed throughout as well as masks and gloves.
✨Your consultant will pull dresses for you to try on to reduce touch points.
We will be taking less appointments each day to allow for cleaning of touch points after each appointment. This means that appointments will fill up quite quickly especially for Saturdays so its important to book well in advance. We do have evening appointments available on Thursdays and Fridays again these will fill up fast so please get in touch to book.
We have some amazing dresses arriving over the next few months that we cant wait to show you. Be sure to follow us on social media to keep up to date with new arrivals.
If you are a 2021 Bride and haven't started looking for your perfect dress then its time to book those appointments. Keep in mind that dresses can take up to 6 months to be made and arrive in store for you. You also need to factor in time for alterations. These are generally carried out 8-12 weeks before your Wedding date. With all the postponed weddings from this year due to Covid-19 seamstresses will be very busy, so its important to allow enough time for them to see you.
Hopefully things will keep improving and we can plan some events in store, we have some exciting ideas and few more things we want to add to the boutique when things settle even more. It will be amazing to be able to open up the doors to everyone for an open night and enjoy a well deserved glass of bubbly with you all.
