Harrogate Bridal Show

September is my favourite time of year!! The dark nights are coming in, the tree's are starting to change, there's a change of temperature and the air seems fresher. But it also means that we are off to the biggest Bridal trade show of the year!!!

This Sunday we fly to Harrogate to meet up with designers and see their fabulous new collections. The halls will be filled with lace and sparkle, huge trains and boho styles not to mention all the #shoes, #accessories and #bridesmaiddresses.

It's here we choose which styles we will buy for our boutique, that we think our #bridestobe will love and will want to wear on their big day!! It sounds fabulous doesn't it? But its a really hard job to do.

Trying to guess what different #brides will want is nearly an impossible task!! Do they want sleeves, long trains, short trains no train!! Sparkle, no sparkle, lace or satin, ball gown or A-line, straight or short, v neck, strapless.... it goes on and on!!!

We do however get to see some amazing dresses,usually with a nice glass of #prosecco and meet lots of other people in the industry for catch ups and to see how trends differ in other areas of the UK and Ireland.
